Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Nurse Supervisor – RN in Winston-Salem, NC. This leadership role oversees inpatient nursing care on assigned shifts, guiding staff and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes within a collaborative rehab team.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 1 year, and CRRN within 1 year, with 2+ years of inpatient experience and prior leadership exposure. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in accordance with state requirements.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of starting.
• CRRN certification within 1 year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• 2+ years of inpatient hospital experience within the last 5 years.
• Previous nursing leadership experience (Charge Nurse/Lead RN or similar).

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts/unit.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff.
• Help develop and implement individualized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing leadership, and staff.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Address staffing and patient-care issues and drive resolutions.
• Step in to provide direct patient care when needed.
• Build relationships with patients and address their holistic needs.
• Promote a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on quality outcomes.
• Celebrate patient progress and recovery milestones.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license in accordance with state requirements

• BLS certification

• ACLS certification required within 1 year of starting

• CRRN certification required within 1 year of meeting eligibility requirements

• BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of recent inpatient hospital experience within the last 5 years

• Previous nursing leadership experience, such as Charge Nurse, Lead RN, or similar role

• Demonstrated ability to provide direction, resolve issues, and maintain accountability for patient and staff outcomes
