• Leadership experience with staff oversight and operational decision-making.

• Serve as a key liaison between nursing leadership, administration, and frontline teams.
• Help develop and implement patient care policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor patient care delivery and ensure quality standards are met.
• Coach, mentor, and support staff through performance feedback and development.
• Assist with staffing, issue resolution, and day-to-day operations.
• Step in to provide direct patient care when needed.
• Build strong relationships with patients and families while supporting successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Pay Details:

$35.00 to $62.00 per hour
