• Ability to manage daily operations, quality assurance, and HR-related tasks.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of all nursing staff, including schedules, assignments, orientation, and evaluations.
• Develop and evaluate treatment plans and provide patient care to offenders.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures and communicate with leadership.
