SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a Full Time RN Medical Team Administrator in Concord, NC. You will oversee daily healthcare operations within the jail facility, provide hands-on clinical support when needed, and guide the nursing team to deliver quality patient care.

The role requires an active NC RN license and CPR certification, strong clinical assessment skills, and leadership experience. You will collaborate with facility leadership and SHP's healthcare team to maintain compliance

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in NC (RN)
• CPR certification required
• Previous nursing experience required
• Leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with others
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating daily healthcare operations
• Providing clinical guidance and support to the nursing team
• Delivering direct patient care as needed
• Coordinating patient assessments, treatments, medications, and follow-up care
• Ensuring compliance with clinical policies and procedures
• Maintaining medical documentation
• Communicating with facility leadership and SHP healthcare team
• Supporting staff development, scheduling, and clinical performance
• Maintaining a safe, secure healthcare environment
• Responding to staffing needs, including night or weekend coverage when necessary
