Osceola County Sheriff's Office is hiring a Nurse Supervisor to oversee and deliver medical care for inmate patients in the correctional facility. You will supervise clinical staff, manage nursing services, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local health standards.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience with supervisory exposure. Strong leadership and documentation skills are essential.

Competenze

• Associates Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Must have at least two (2) years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse. Supervisory experience preferred.

• Coordinate and supervise medical operations to support health care goals.
• Schedule, supervise and evaluate staff; ensure shift coverage and payroll.
• Train and evaluate staff; communicate policies to staff.
• Provide nursing services: vitals, wound care, IV therapy, specimens; respond to emergencies.
• Order medications and supplies; participate in MAC meetings.
• Investigate healthcare grievances and respond to Health Care Administrator.
