Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State is seeking a Supervising Registered Nurse to oversee LPNs and CNAs within a multidisciplinary team at the Crisis Care Center in Lynnwood. Qualifications

• Supervise LPNs and CNAs in a clinical setting.
• Coordinate client/patient care with integrated clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, including coordinating schedules, approving time off, and other supervisory duties
• Coordinate client care with integrated clinical and medical teams
• Administer direct nursing care, including wound care and diabetes care, and monitor changes in condition
• Complete comprehensive assessments and documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, infection control, medication management, regulatory practices and organizational policies
