License Practical Nurse – Crisis Care Center. Join our integrated medical team to support clients as they stabilize from a behavioral health crisis. The LPN position is responsible for providing excellent nursing care to all clients. Conducts medical screenings and assessments to ensure the physical well-being of individuals upon arrival and during the client’s stay at the Crisis Care Center, identifying any immediate health needs or concerns. The LPN will work with the client and other staff members in the planning and delivery of nursing interventions, working as a team to support clients during their stay at the center. To accomplish these objectives, excellent critical thinking skills and teamwork are required.
Salary - Salary Plan, 85,009.60 USD Annual
