Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Resident Care Manager to coordinate, manage and supervise resident care across our Seattle facilities. You will establish staffing, supervise nursing staff, and ensure accurate documentation and adherence to policies.

The role requires RN or LPN licensure with WA licensure and prior supervisory experience. We value culturally competent care and a commitment to social justice, with opportunities to lead quality improvement and coordinate

Qualifications

• Supervisory and leadership experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish language preferred (bilingual/bi-literate).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise resident care and staffing.
• Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Lead staff meetings and conduct performance evaluations.
