Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State is seeking a Supervising Registered Nurse to oversee LPNs and CNAs within a multidisciplinary team at the Crisis Care Center in Lynnwood. The role focuses on coordinating patient care, conducting assessments, and ensuring clinical standards are met.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with on-call duties, a starting salary of $130,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life

• Complete comprehensive assessments and documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, infection control, medication management, regulatory practices and organizational policies

Location and Schedule

The role is based at the new Crisis Care Center in Lynnwood.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, on-call as needed.

Salary

Starting Salary: $130,000 with final compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Salary Plan: 130,000.00 USD Annual.
