Qualifications

• BLS certification as Healthcare Provider or equivalent through the Military Training Network (MTN).

Responsibilities

• Assists with establishing standards of performance, quality improvement and care delivery models.
• Supports staff and delegates as appropriate to achieve desirable outcomes.
• Manages personnel aspects and facilitates high performance among staff.
• Assists in scheduling and staffing to meet productivity benchmarks.
• Develops, communicates and administers department policies and procedures.
• Monitors patient satisfaction feedback and helps develop improvement plans.
