AltaMed Health Services seeks a Registered Nurse, Supervisor for the PACE program in Pico Rivera, CA. The role oversees nursing care and supervises clinical staff, coordinating activities with all disciplines and regulatory bodies.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 2+ years in geriatric care, 1+ year in supervision, and a preferred bilingual capacity (English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin). In-person role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of geriatric nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of staff supervision/management experience in healthcare.
• Bilingual abilities preferred: English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of nursing care and supervision of clinical support and nursing staff.
• Manage day-to-day staff activities and coordinate with other disciplines and regulatory agencies.
• Interact with departments to facilitate compliant, high-quality patient care.
