Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Minimum of two years nursing management experience, preferably outpatient.
• Minimum of five years direct patient care in ambulatory setting.
• Licensed with AZ State Board of Nursing in good standing.
• CIC certification or ability to obtain within first year.

Responsibilities

• Staff development and management, including hiring, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient care and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance for nursing and ancillary services; collaborate with leadership on training programs.
• Oversee infection prevention and control program; maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality management activities and audits; drive improvement projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to promote service excellence and patient safety.
