Job summary

SQRL in Century City, Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead nursing operations at an outpatient oncology location. Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse license in good standing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• 5+ years of professional nursing experience with at least 1 year of Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or other formal nursing leadership experience.
• Strong administrative and people-management skills, including experience with scheduling, staffing, performance management, training, and clinic operations.
• Oncology nursing experience is highly preferred; infusion, chemotherapy, biotherapy, or outpatient oncology environments are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day nursing team, including staff scheduling, coverage planning, coaching, annual reviews, onboarding, and training.
• Coordinate nursing workflows, staffing needs, supplies, and inventory to keep the outpatient clinic running efficiently.
• Provide clinical support when needed, including IV infusions, injections, vascular access, port care, and phlebotomy.
• Oversee patient care standards, nursing documentation, safety practices, and compliance with applicable healthcare requirements.
• Partner with physicians, research teams, pharmacy, administration, and other departments to resolve operational and patient-care needs.
• Help improve nursing processes, policies, training programs, and overall team performance as the organization grows.

• $75-$100 per hour, depending on experience


• Full-time, onsite position in Century City, Los Angeles


• Outpatient setting


• Monday-Friday daytime schedule, approximately 8:30 AM-5:00/5:30 PM with no regular evenings or weekends

Previous clinical research experience is helpful but is not required.
