Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of oncology experience required.
• Experience in nursing leadership, supervision, or management strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of oncology patient care and clinical workflows.
• Proven ability to lead and develop clinical teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to support and travel to multiple locations within the assigned region as needed.
