Job summary

Fox-Hollow-Post-Acute is seeking an LPN/LVN supervisor to provide direct nursing care and oversee nursing assistants in our Brownsville, Texas facility. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while guiding day-to-day operations.

The role requires current licensure, CPR, and a nursing degree or approved LPN/LVN program. You will coordinate with physicians, maintain documentation, and participate in quality assurance to uphold high standards of resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants in the unit.
