Responsibilities

Direct the day‑to‑day nursing functions of CNAs and licensed staff.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in quality assurance and in-service training programs.
Develop staffing plans, assign workloads, and monitor performance and safety.
Coordinate care plans, discharge planning, and physician communications.
Maintain accurate charting and documentation for all residents.
