Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in resident care and care plans.
• Supervise, instruct, and assist LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and treatment staff.
• Manage and administer IVs and respond promptly to call signals.
• Make rounds and provide reports on resident status and condition changes.
• Communicate with physicians and health professionals regarding care and orders.
• Assist with new admissions and coordinate emergency responses.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and participate in the quality assurance program.
