Job summary

Greenview Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an LPN/LVN supervisor to provide direct nursing care oversight and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure adherence to policies, coordinate shifts, and participate in quality assurance programs.

Responsibilities include charting, medication administration oversight, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians. Applicants should hold an active LPN/LVN license and CPR certification, with PCC knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.
• Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and supervise nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and implementing quality assurance programs for the nursing service department.
• Maintain the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and staff training records.
• Complete accident/incident reports and discharge planning activities as required.
• Oversee charting, medication administration, and care planning in accordance with physician orders.
