Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) General Purpose to supervise day-to-day nursing activities in our facility. The role ensures care is delivered per current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, with oversight by the DON/ADON when applicable.

The RN will participate in developing policies, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating care plans and discharge planning to maintain high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing staff to ensure quality care during tour of duty.
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures.
• Coordinate discharge planning and care plans with residents and families.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure staff adherence to procedures.
• Review and report on nursing service operations and quality assurance programs.
• Assist in committee reporting and reviews for Care Plan and Infection Control.
