Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS within one year of starting.
• CRRN certification within one year of eligibility.
• BSN or related field preferred.
• Two years of inpatient hospital experience in the last five years.
• Previous leadership role with accountability for patient/staff results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on a unit.
• Monitor and manage staff with feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
• Provide patient care as needed and build relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
