Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead patient care in our rehabilitation settings. You will oversee nursing staff, ensure treatment plans are implemented, and maintain compassionate, high-quality care throughout patients' recovery.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS to be obtained within one year of starting.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of eligibility.
• Two years of inpatient hospital supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts or units.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations.
• Assume patient care as needed and build relationships for recovery.
