Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS within 1 year of starting.
• CRRN certification within a year of eligibility.
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience (within last 5 years).
• Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse) with accountability for patient and staff results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment and services on assigned shifts or unit.
• Monitor staff performance, provide on-the-spot feedback, conduct annual evaluations, and manage disciplinary actions.
