Encompass Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care and coordinate rehabilitation services within our hospital setting. You will supervise shifts, ensure policy implementation, and guide staff toward high-quality, compassionate care.

The role emphasizes leadership, patient-centered planning, and collaboration with administration and clinical teams. bachelor's degree in nursing and active RN licensure are required; BLS/ACLS expected within a year, with CRRN encouraged.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• Two years of inpatient hospital experience within the last five years.
• Leadership role such as charge nurse or lead, with accountability for staff results.
• CRRN, BLS/ACLS to be obtained within one year of starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care and services on assigned shifts or units.
• Monitor staff, provide on-the-spot feedback and conduct evaluations.
• Be involved in patient care as needed and build relationships to support recovery.
