Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an inpatient setting or equivalent.
• Licensure as an RN in the relevant state.
• BLS certification with ACLS within one year of start.
• CRRN certification within one year of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment and services on designated shifts or units.
• Monitor staff, provide feedback, conduct evaluations and counseling as needed.
• Provide direct patient care as required and build rapport with patients and families.
