Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Multi-State RN license or eligibility to obtain.
• BLS CPR certification must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
• CPI certification required; orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the department and quality patient care.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and strategic goals for the unit.
• Implement, supervise, and evaluate safe patient care and PI monitors.
• Promote a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors.
• Delegate shift duties and ensure chart checks, logs, and stocking.
• Support ongoing staff development and education.
