Grady Health System is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to organize and direct all nursing services. The role partners with the Unit Director to support clinic operations and patient throughput, and to set a standard for nursing performance and reputation.

The position leads in customer satisfaction, safe and effective care, and continuous improvement, while guiding staff development and professional leadership across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Three years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Current Georgia RN license and BLS certification required.
• Two of three years leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs all aspects of nursing services.
• Supports clinic operations and patient throughput with Unit Director.
• Leads in patient safety, quality care, and performance improvement.
• Models professional leadership and communication across teams.
