• Ensure nursing coverage across multiple locations and shifts
• Monitor documentation quality and timeliness (e.g., concurrent documentation within 24 hours)
• Facilitate weekly medical team meetings and participate in treatment planning
• Provide guidance on best practices, workflow management, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with clinical teams on admissions and client interventions
• Participate in program-level improvement initiatives
• Conduct supervision meetings with nursing staff
