Brookdale is seeking a dedicated nursing leader to manage day-to-day healthcare operations in a Flagstaff, AZ community. You will ensure residents receive respectful, high-quality care across shifts and may assume caregiver duties when needed.

You will supervise licensed staff, coordinate medication training and staff schedules, and maintain Brookdale guidelines. On-call duties and ongoing licensure education are included.

Qualifications

• Education to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• 1–2 years relevant healthcare experience.
• LPN or LVN license.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day healthcare operations to meet residents' needs.
• Ensures residents receive respectful, quality care across shifts.
• Supervises licensed staff, medication techs, and Caregivers and provides ongoing training.
• Oversees medication training, pharmacy management, and adherence to Brookdale guidelines.
• Shares on-call duties as required and ensures staff schedules.
