Brookdale is seeking a Director of Nursing in Arizona to lead the clinical team and ensure the highest quality of care for residents. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians and providers to coordinate exceptional personalized care, while mentoring associates and driving resident and family satisfaction.

You will receive structured orientation and ongoing support, with tuition reimbursement and a large network of communities to consider relocation.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice nursing in the state (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with clinical leadership preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day clinical services to meet residents' healthcare needs.
• Supervises and coaches licensed nurses and direct care staff; may lead a clinical leadership team of up to five members.
