Brookstone Estates, Emerald Glen, and Grand Victorian are seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead the clinical team and deliver exceptional elder care. You will conduct assessments, create individualized plans, and mentor staff while maintaining compassionate, dignity-driven service.

The role includes coordinating infection control, medication management, and quality-improvement efforts, with a strong emphasis on family communication and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current state nursing licensure is required (LPN).
• Minimum two years of nursing supervisory experience.
• Prior senior/supportive living experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must demonstrate leadership, mentorship, and motivation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial resident assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide hands-on nursing care ~20% of time.
• Coordinate infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee medication management program and QA initiatives.
• Engage with residents, families, and physicians to ensure quality care.
