Brookdale is seeking a nursing leader to oversee day-to-day healthcare operations within a senior living community in Mesa, AZ. You will ensure residents receive respectful, high-quality care while coordinating across shifts and supervising licensed nursing staff and care teams.

The role requires an active state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development within a nationwide organization.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and have 1–2 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Strong patient care and supervision skills.
• Ability to work across shifts and support care teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change.
• Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; may assume roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents’ needs and staffing requirements.
• Assists in supervision of licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provides training and education to Caregivers and manages schedules.
• Oversees medication training, pharmacy management and supervision; conducts inventories and audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
• Shares on-call duties as required.
• Education as required to obtain state nursing license and minimum 1–2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.
