As Nurse Supervisor you will lead nursing teams, develop and implement patient-care plans, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
• Leadership experience such as charge nurse or lead capacity with accountability for patient and staff results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a specific unit.
• Monitor and manage staff performance, including feedback, annual evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and build relationships to support recovery.

• Bachelor'sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfield preferred.
• Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfive years).
• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
