Job summary

Nexushm is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee resident care operations and support nursing staff in our Illinois facility. You will help maintain clinical excellence, supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensure care plans are followed.

The ideal candidate holds an active IL RN license, CPR certification, and has 3+ years in long-term care with prior supervisory experience. Schedule includes 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts, with a strong team culture and growth opportunities.

• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.

Available Schedule:

3pm to 11pm

11pm to 7am

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

• Overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with care plans

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered

• Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation

• Monitoring clinical performance and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
