Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing department activities and work production.
• Coordinates communication between nursing staff, physicians, and clinic departments.
• Collaborates with Clinic Manager to manage clinic site operations.
• Develops goals for the clinic and monitors progress toward them.
• Manages staffing to meet budgetary and quality objectives.
• Schedules nursing staff and maintains appropriate coverage for efficiency.
• Develops and updates policies and competencies related to patient care.
• Maintains clinical competency and high service standards.
• Provides direct patient care as needed.
• Fosters a positive work environment across clinics and departments.
• Handles crises professionally and resolves problems.
