The Program & Location is Adult Critical Crisis Stabilization in Brockton, MA, seeking a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) with experience in behavioral health.

The role requires supervisory experience preferred and a courteous, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment setting.
• Two years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas clearly.
• Certification in CPR and de-escalation training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient care meets best practice standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for nursing team.
• Maintain infection control data and accurate documentation.
• Participate in required committee meetings and trainings.
