Community Care Network in Rutland, Vermont, is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee the medical assistant team in our psychiatric and substance-use outpatient programs. You will provide clinical supervision to residential nurses and MAs, coordinate daily clinical operations, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care.

The role requires Vermont RN license, at least 3 years clinical nursing experience with supervisory preference, strong regulatory knowledge (HIPAA, DMH, DAIL), and a valid

• Vermont RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience.
• 1 year supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Familiar with Dual Diagnosis clinical issues.
• Knowledge of VT TCRs and DAIL Level III facility regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Criminal history background check after hire.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support medical assistants in psychiatric, substance use, and dual-diagnosis outpatient programs.
• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and support to residential nurses and MAs.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations: appointments, medication refills, provider workflow, vitals, injections, labs.
• Promote and support primary care screenings.
• Participate in quality improvement for clinical workflows, documentation, and safety.
• Collaborate with prescribers, therapists, case managers, and staff for coordinated care.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training plans for medical staff under supervision.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and progressive discipline as needed.
• Act as Harm Reduction Supply Coordinator and train staff on naloxone and supplies.
• Provide client health education related to substance use and dental health.
• Manage medical inventory and vaccine/medication storage standards.
