Community Care Network in Rutland, Vermont is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead the medical assistant team within outpatient psychiatric and substance use programs. Qualifications

• State of Vermont RN license is required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience; 1-year development services experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Vermont Therapeutic Community Residences (TCRs) and DAIL Level III facilities requirements.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support medical assistants in outpatient psychiatric, substance use, and dual-diagnosis programs.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to residential nurses and MAs; guide nursing assessments, care planning, and coordination of care with leadership.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations: appointments, med refills, provider workflow, vitals, injections, and lab coordination.
• Promote and support primary care screenings and safe, compliant medication practices.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts related to clinical workflows, documentation, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with prescribers, therapists, case managers, and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training plans for MAs and nurses under supervision.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and progressive discipline as needed.
• Serve as Harm Reduction Supply Coordinator with naloxone training.
• Provide client health education on substance use, harm reduction, dental health, and more.
• Manage medical inventory and vaccine/medication storage standards.
