Job summary

Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region is seeking a Clinical Supervisor - Registered Nurse in BOMOSEEN, VT. The RN will lead clinical operations, supervise nursing and support staff, and ensure adherence to standards of care and organizational policies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Practice Managers, providers, and the Clinical Administration team to maintain safe, efficient, patient-centered care and drive workforce development and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Provide direct site-level clinical supervision to RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, and other staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies, standards of practice, and scope-of-practice expectations.
• Support staffing coverage, workflow optimization, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations at primary care and express care sites.
• Collaborate with Practice Managers and clinicians to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Monitor infection prevention, medication management, vaccine storage, and safety protocols.
• Engage in site-level audits, quality reviews, and corrective action planning.
