Piedmont Medical Network - Fort Mill Hospital in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Clinical Supervisor to ensure safe operation of the assigned department, oversee patient care, staffing, and budget, and lead initiatives promoting service excellence. The role partners with the Director to implement, supervise, and evaluate care quality while fostering a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.

Candidates should have an Associate’s in Nursing, a valid multi-state RN license, BLS CPR, CPI

Qualificações

• Education: Associates degree in Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required.
• BLS CPR certification via American Heart Association.
• CPI certification with orientation period and CPI within 7 days of hire.
• Other certifications determined by unit and required within orientation period.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates flexibility in responding to emergencies, staffing changes, and crises, delegating as appropriate.
• Sets priorities, prepares assignments, and adjusts duties at the start of each shift.
• Supports development of nursing staff through ongoing assessment of educational needs.
• Participates in evaluating and improving patient care via unit-based quality-monitoring and PI reports.
• Delegates shift duties such as chart checks, logs, lab follow-up, and room stocking.
