Piedmont Medical Network - Fort Mill Hospital is seeking a Nurse Manager to ensure safe operation of the department, oversee budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance. The role provides leadership to achieve optimal patient outcomes and aligns with department strategic goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years in acute care with at least 1 year in the specialty, RN licensure, BLS CPR, and mandatory certifications within orientation.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor degree required.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in an acute care facility including at least 1 year of experience in the specialty area is required.
• Management experience is required.
• Licensure/Certification: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. If you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you must obtain a Multi-State RN License within 30 days.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
• Mandatory certifications for relevant department(s) required within orientation period.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the assigned department following relevant established standards and guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive high-quality program of excellence to ensure the patient achieves the best possible outcome.
• Oversee the unit’s program and establish goals and objectives.
• Implements change to improve quality of care.
• Communicate with medical staff on the development, implementation and review of protocols, orders, policies and procedures.
• Performs related duties as required.
