Job summary

Terrace of Saint Cloud is seeking a qualified nursing supervisor to lead the 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift in a hospital or long-term care setting. This leadership position requires at least one year of supervisory experience and training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.

You will oversee care delivery, staffing, documentation, and adherence to facility policies while coordinating admissions, transfers, and direct patient care as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to ensure residents receive quality care and staff follow facility policies.
• Monitor medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and direct care as needed.
• Communicate concerns to the Director of Nursing, physicians, and families as appropriate.
• Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally.
• Complete incident reports and maintain a safe, clean, and calm environment.
