Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC seeks a full-time night-shift nurse (7pm-7am) to cover every other weekend. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care per the medical plan, critical pathways, and SRH standards, coordinating with team and delegating as needed.

Act as a resource for SRH staff and perform duties as assigned by leadership. Must complete initial competencies and obtain NIH Stroke certification within 12 months of hire; ACLS/PALS or ENPC,

Qualifications

• Apply the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation).
• Coordinate and delegate care with/to other professionals and ancillary staff.
• Communicate findings to appropriate persons and act as resource for SRH nursing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource to SRH nursing personnel and assist with work-related issues.
• Perform other duties as requested by Department Director, Manager, ECC Supervisor, or Lead/Charge Nurse.

Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Serve as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work related issues. Perform any other job-related duties as requested by Department Director, Manager, ECC Supervisor, or Lead/Charge Nurse.
Job Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing Degree required
• Complete initial competencies as defined (De-Escalation course, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, NIMS 100 &
  

700), NIH Stroke certification all within 12 months of hire).
