Requirements include a BSN (or higher) in nursing, a current NJ RN license, ACLS and IV certification, and 2–3 years of supervisory experience with strong communication and decision‑making skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New Jersey with BSN or higher.
• ACLS and IV certification required.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and clinical judgment.
