The Valley Hospital in Paramus is seeking a Hospital Operations Supervisor, a Registered Nurse who will assume operational accountability for a designated night shift. You will manage human resources and day-to-day operations, and stand in for senior leaders when needed.

Required NJ RN license, BSN, and Magnet certification by 06/01/2026; 3 years of acute care RN experience; leadership experience preferred. The role offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Magnet certification required by 06/01/2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee human resource management and operational management for the shift.
• Act on behalf of Hospital President in the absence of Executive Staff and Department Directors.
• Make administrative and operational decisions using established chain of command.
