Qualifications

• Current New Jersey nursing license or legal permission to work in NJ.

• Progressive supervisory experience (e.g., relief charge nurse).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational flow of the inpatient unit during the shift.
• Coordinate, collaborate and direct unit activities to meet KPIs and patient care targets.
• Facilitate clinical decision making and effective communication with patients, families, physicians and staff.
