Dignity Health – Mercy Hospital in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Nurse Shift Manager to lead a team of frontline nurses in acute care settings. You will advocate for staff, support professional growth, and align with department goals.
The role requires an ASN, a CA RN license, BLS and ACLS, plus CCHEMOP certification and at least two years of clinical RN experience. You will supervise shift staffing, ensure patient safety, and maintain records to prepare for the next shift.
