Mercy Hospitals in Bakersfield is seeking a Nurse Shift Manager to oversee a team of frontline nurses and ensure high-quality patient care on a busy floor. You will advocate for nurses and align with department goals while maintaining accountability and clear communication in 1:1 and group settings.
Requirements include an ASN, CA RN license in good standing, and BLS/ACLS certifications with a minimum of two years' clinical RN experience.

$52.22 - $85.32 /hour
