Job summary

Mercy Hospital, part of Dignity Health in Bakersfield, CA, seeks a Nursing Manager to lead and empower our nursing team toward patient-centered care and operational excellence.

California RN with BLS- CPR and 3+ years nursing and 1 year leadership required; pay range $54.19-$88.54 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience.
• Registered Nurse: CA (RN:CA).
• Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR).
