Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Scheduling experience preferred in a healthcare setting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule for CNAs and nurses (RNs and LPNs).
• Reduce overtime in coordination with DON/ADON and HR.
• Assist in hiring new CNAs and Nurses as needed.
• Maintain accurate time records and monitor attendance.
• Order and stock medical supplies for the facility.
• Ensure nurses stations are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Organize nurse stations weekly.
• Organize rented equipment and return when not in use.
• Assist with resident transport and scheduling for escorts.
• Other duties as assigned.
