Qualifications

• Five plus years of healthcare or long-term care experience.
• Experience in scheduling, timekeeping or payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll.
• Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
• Balance staffing needs with employee preferences and center finances.
• Use software to minimize overtime and agency spend while maintaining HPPD and salary expense.
• Lead Labor Management Team to optimize KPIs and HR results.
• Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
